Welcome to my world! Textile design is a lot more than being creative - it's about types of fibres, considering products to design for, textile surface production, tools and machinery, dye stuff, sewing techniques and so much more.
I would like to give a bit of a glimpse into some of my textile projects and experiments of which most can be made with your own hands at home. Furthermore it's close to my heart to give some information about textiles that are everyday business to me but maybe not to most people outside of the textile industry - but after all, each of us are surrounded by a huge number of textile materials every day, right?
Have fun browsing and get creative!

The Quilt with patterns of my Spooky collection is still missing a matching backing fabric.
Here's a documentation about a dyeing experiment with the technique of ice-dyeing for that!
The first quilt I made using my own printed patterns!
A selection of colour-coordinated print designs of my 'Spooky' pattern collection come together in this sewing project. Take a look if that sounds interesting!
